I hope you will be happy with your artwork. If you change your mind about an artwork purchased through this website, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

To cancel, please email info@vanillawind.com with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel your purchase.

After notifying me, please return the artwork within 14 days. Contact me before sending it so I can provide the correct return address and return instructions.

Unless the artwork is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning it. Because original artworks are valuable and fragile, I strongly recommend using a tracked and appropriately insured delivery service and packing the artwork securely.

The artwork may be handled only as much as would reasonably be necessary to examine it. If its value has been reduced because of unnecessary handling or damage while in your care, an appropriate deduction may be made from the refund.

Once the returned artwork has been received, your refund will be made to the original payment method within 14 days. Where a delivery charge was paid, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded; additional costs for an enhanced delivery service are not refundable beyond the standard delivery amount.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged, is faulty or is not as described, please contact info@vanillawind.com as soon as possible, preferably including photographs of the artwork and packaging so that I can resolve the problem. Return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods will not be your responsibility.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. Consumers have additional rights where goods are faulty, including a short-term right to reject qualifying faulty goods within 30 days.

Commissioned or personalised artwork

The 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right does not normally apply to artwork that has been specially commissioned, personalised or made to your specifications. This does not affect your rights if the artwork is faulty, damaged or not as agreed. Bespoke and customised goods are among the recognised exceptions to the normal distance-selling cancellation right.
