These terms apply to purchases of artwork made through this website. The website and online shop are operated by Vanilla Wind Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 11531602, with registered office at 6 Dbs Accountants, Cambridge Road Industrial Estate, Milton, Cambridge, England, CB24 6AZ.

Artwork
The artworks offered through this website are original works of art unless otherwise stated. Each original artwork is unique and only one is available.
I make every reasonable effort to show each artwork accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device. This does not affect your rights if an artwork is faulty or not as described.
The dimensions, medium, framing information and other relevant details are stated on the individual artwork page.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).
Payment is due in full at checkout and is processed securely through Stripe. Any delivery charges that apply will be shown or agreed before purchase.
Orders
When you place an order, you are asking to purchase the artwork at the price shown. A contract is formed when payment has been accepted and your order has been confirmed.
Because each original artwork is unique, it is possible in exceptional circumstances that an artwork may become unavailable before the website has been updated. If I am unable to fulfil your order, I will contact you as soon as possible and refund any payment you have made in full.
Delivery and collection
UK delivery is included in the price unless otherwise stated.
Free collection is also available in the Cambridge area. If you choose collection, I will contact you after purchase to arrange a convenient time and provide the collection details.
For international delivery, please contact me before purchasing so that availability, shipping costs and arrangements can be confirmed.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed with you, goods purchased online must normally be delivered within 30 days.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel an online purchase and return an artwork are explained in the Return Policy available at checkout and on this website.
For most online purchases of non-commissioned artwork, you have a 14-day cancellation period after receiving the goods. Different rules can apply to commissioned or personalised artwork.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights where artwork is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise does not meet the standards required by law.
Copyright
Purchasing an original artwork gives you ownership of the physical artwork only.
Copyright and reproduction rights in the artwork remain with the artist unless they are specifically transferred to you in writing.
You may not reproduce the artwork commercially, create prints or merchandise from it, license reproductions to others, or otherwise commercially exploit the image without prior written permission.
Website images and information
Images, photographs and text relating to the artworks on this website remain protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property rights and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.
Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with an order is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your statutory rights
These terms do not remove or restrict any rights you have under UK consumer law. In particular, consumers have legal rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet the standards required by law.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the website, the way the business operates or legal requirements. The terms applying to your purchase will be those in force when you place your order.
